【摘要】  目的：研究角膜板层烧烙联合羊膜移植治疗大泡性角膜病变（bullous keratopathy，BK）的疗效。方法：对12例（12眼）BK患者采用角膜板层烧烙联合羊膜移植治疗，其中绝对期青光眼7例，人工晶状体眼4例，角膜穿孔伤1例。结果：患者12例术后眼部疼痛等刺激症状均消失，随访3～48mo均未发现BK复发及并发症的发生。结论：角膜板层烧烙联合羊膜移植可有效地控制BK的症状，防止BK的复发，是治疗BK可供选择的有效方法。

     Treatment of bullous keratopathy by lamellar cauterization of the cornea combined with amniotic membrane Transplantation

     AbstractAIM: To study the clinical effects of lamellar cauterization of the cornea combined with amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT) in treating Bullous Keratopathy (BK). METHODS: A total of 12 cases (12 eyes), including 7 cases absolute glaucoma and 4 cases intraocular lens implantation and 1 case corneal penetrating injury, were treated by lamellar cauterization of the cornea combined with AMT. RESULTS: The orbital pain symptom was relieved and disappeared in these 12 patients. No recurrences of BK or complications were observed in the following 3 to 48 months. CONCLUSION: Treating BK by lamellar cauterization of the cornea combined with AMT can effectively alleviate the symptom and prevent recurrence.

    0引言

    大泡性角膜病变是由各种机械、物理、化学、生物因素引起的角膜内皮功能失代偿，在角膜上皮下反复出现水泡，不但影响视力，还给患者带来了剧烈刺激症状和痛苦。对于该病的治疗一直是较为棘手的问题，虽然角膜移植疗效肯定，但受角膜材料来源紧张、费用高和术后出现排斥反应的限制，不能很好的推广。我院自2002-01以来，采用角膜板层烧烙联合羊膜移植的方法治疗12例（12眼）BK患者，有效地减轻了BK患者的痛苦，防止了复发，获得了满意的效果，现报告如下。
