    TNF是一种具有广泛生物学活性的细胞因子，它的作用越广泛，参与反应的机制就越复杂。TNF在糖尿病视网膜病变中的作用机制仍需进一步的研究，但其作为炎症前因子所导致的视网膜血管、屏障受损机制，为如何治疗糖尿病视网膜病变提供了新的思路。
