·Brown s syndrome is characterized by absence or severeIimitation of elevation in adduction with a positive forced
duction test and minimaI elevation deficit in abductionand primary position． NanophthaImos is an uncom mOB
congenitaI ocular malformation cha racterized by anextremely smalI eye．In this report．a case with bilateraIBrown s syndrom e and nanophthaImos combined withgeneralized ioint sti竹ness was presented．
