2.4改善眼部血流动力学的药物

    除了降低眼压和神经保护之外，改善眼部的血液循环也作为青光眼治疗的一种策略。研究发现左旋精氨酸[51]、昔多芬[52]可以改善眼底血供。降低眼压本身就可以在一定程度上使眼底的血管扩张，增加血供。某些降低眼压的药物也有一定程度的扩张血管的作用[53]。

    3结语

     临床上主要的抗青光眼措施是降低眼压到可以减缓视野丢失的范围。主要的药物是前列腺素类、β受体阻滞剂、碳酸酐酶抑制剂、拟交感神经药物，经Meta分析得出的结论是目前降低眼压效果最好的几种药物是比马前列腺素、曲伏前列腺素、拉坦前列腺素和噻吗心胺[54]。随着人们对眼生理了解的不断深入和药理学研究的不断改进,定会有更有效和不良反应更少的降眼压新药不断出现。
